CVA wanted a visual identity for their North Melbourne property to appeal to the local crowd of young professionals, equity-rich business owners, and boomer investors. In true North Melbourne fashion, the bright, vibrant, and approachable design has versatility sewn into each collateral piece. And like the residents that walk past this Arden Street property daily, the animated neighbours that occupy the design are unique works that bring a personal and local flair to what would typically be a commercial and standard brochure.
